YoKi Yoga
YoKi Yoga was born out of my love for bringing the joy, happiness and empowerment of yoga, creative movement, breathing and meditation to children, their parents, teachers, caregivers, and other yoga teachers and enthusiasts.
The word YoKi (contraction of Yoga Kids),means happiness, joyous life, and life force in Japanese and in Chinese it means Positive Energy. The purpose of YokiYoga is to bring health, strength, happiness, positive energy and life force to our most precious resource: our children.
